Of USAID’s Leadership, Management & Governance Project; a graphical story

We were recently invited to attend the USAID-funded Leadership, Management and Governance Project for a half day engaging roundtable discussions on the achievements and challenges to building stronger health service delivery organisations at all levels of Uganda’s health system.

At the same meet, over lunch, public health leaders reflected on the roles of leadership, management, and governance in improving health services.

As participants discussed, Ms Rebecca Simon was listening, interpreting and summarising the deliberations in these manual graphics at the same time, in a form of communication which is the latest sensation at conferences and meetings that matter. Kakaire Ayub Kirunda captured the graphics through a camera lens in this photo story the captures the aim of the meeting, key messages from the keynote speakers, outcomes of group reflections and experiences from public health leaders, respectively.
